Understanding Chakra Meditation
In the Meditation world, we everyone knows about the name of Chakra Meditation. The word “Chakra” came from a Sanskrit word that meaning is a disk or a wheel. Chakra Meditation helps to transfer that energy disk or wheel throughout the whole body. Today I will talk about 7 different Chakras. All of those Chakras regarded as the extreme focus point. Focus points are linking human emotional, physical and spiritual energies. In this article I will try to clear the Explanation of Chakra Meditation.
Defining what chakra is should be the primary step in fully understanding the chakra meditation. The human body has vital points of energy. We are using them consciously or unconsciously and which greatly influence the events that happen in our lives. The term “chakra” mean to these vital points.
Chakras are located in different parts of the human body. All seven of these affect the areas where each of them is located and each possesses its own peculiar property.
Root Chakra or Muladhara
A chakra found at the base of the spine- the Root Chakra. This chakra affect to the health, structure, and safety of a human. This particular chakra also called the coccyx, and traditionally referred to as Muladhara, as it is related to how one’s body links to the fabric world. It is also associated with a red-colored circle enclosed by four golden petals.
Sacral Chakra or Svadhisthana
The Sacral Chakra or Svadhisthana, an important point located within the lower abdomen, is related to the emotions of affection, passion, sexuality also as pleasure. People experiencing positive feelings will feedback in this chakra, which is associated with the orange color.
Solar Plexus Chakra
Located just above the navel and below the chest, the coeliac Plexus Chakra is a vital point influencing one’s force and willpower. This particular chakra helps to improve our sense of authority, discipline, and self-control meet. The color yellow is associated with this chakra.
Heart Chakra or Anahata
The Heart Chakra or the Anahata can be found at the center of one’s chest. Love and understanding are the focus of this chakra, as well as the emotions resulting from these feelings. The color green is related to the Heart Chakra.
Throat Chakra or Vishuddha
A vital point located within the throat area is named the Throat Chakra or Vishuddha. Linked to one’s communication, this chakra is also associated with the sky-blue color.
Third Eye Chakra or Anja
The Third Eye Chakra or the Anja may be a vital point found on the forehead, just above the eyes. Third eye chakra is associated with sensitivity outside the physical realm. The region of the Third Eye is known to the Buddhist peoples. This clairvoyance focus point is also associated with the color indigo.
Crown Chakra or Sahasrara
The important point on top of the head named the Crown Chakra or Sahasrara. This is concerned with the mind and spirit. Crown chakra focuses on consciousness. High Self is associate with the color violet and the related things.
Practicing the Chakra Meditation can awaken your vital energy points which may cause side effects. Too much psychic energy might not be advisable to people that have less physical activity. Chakra meditation should be through with proper guidance from an expert. Otherwise, possible personality problems may arise because of improper chakra meditation practice.
